Cebu Province has emerged as one of the top 3 provinces in the country with the most recorded marriages and births but fortunately not on deaths in 2022, preliminary result from Philippine Statistics Authority shows.
The preliminary number of registered births from January to November 2022 reached 1,145,802 all over the country.
With the cut-off date by end of January 2023 for processing the birth certificates, this is lower by -8.0 percent than the total registered births of 1,245,143 in the same period in 2021, according to PSA in its release recently.
Among the provinces, Cebu is in the top three with 38,414 or 3.4 percent share behind Cavite with 46,569 or 4.1 percent of the total births in the country.
In terms of the number of deaths, however, fortunately, Cebu is not among the top three list.
필리핀 통계청의 예비결과에 다르면 세부 주는 결혼과 출산이 필리핀에서 가장 많은 지역 중 한 곳으로 기록되었다.
출생율 면에서 세부는 전국 3위를 차지했다.
1위는 지역 IV-A 칼라바존 지역이며, 세부의 뒤는 카비테 지역이 이어 4위를 차지했다.
혼인 통계 역시 세부는 전국 3위권에 들었다.
사망자 수 측면에서 세부는 전국 3위 안에 포함되지 않았다.
