2023년 사업자허가 갱신 시작

Biz permit processing to start today in Cebu City

The processing of the application for Cebu City Mayor’s business permits is expected to begin today until January 20. The City Treasurer’s Office (CTO) had earlier said that many businesses are expected to process and pay their application between today and the next few days.
Online applications and payments are also offered.
One can visit www.cebucity.gov.ph for their application.
For in-person processing, one can go to the CTO’s and Business Permit and Licensing Office, (BPLO) satellite offices, including SM City Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, as announced by the city’s PIO.
Both satellite offices will also be open on January 7 so that those who cannot process it on weekdays will be able to do it this weekend.
The deadline for application for business permit renewal and payment is set for January 20.
The CTO has earlier said that those who process beyond the deadline will already be subject to penalties and surcharges.
Penalties include a 25 percent surcharge of the total amount due, and 2% interest per month including surcharges but not to exceed 72 percent.

1월 5일부터 1월 20일까지 세부시장의 세부 시내 사업장의 사업허가 신청 처리가 진행된다.
CTO(City Treasurer's Office) 사무소는 많은 기업들이 며칠 사이에 신청서를 처리하고 지불할 것으로 예상되어 혼잡을 이룰 것으로 예상된다고 밝히며 온라인 신청과 결제도 가능하다고 덧붙였다.
온라인 신청은 웹사이트 www.cebucity.gov.ph를 통해 가능하다.
대면하여 처리를 하려면 SM시티세부, 로빈슨 갤러리아를 포함한 CTO 및 BPLO(Business Permit and Licensing Office) 위성 사무소를 방문할 수 있다.
주중에 처리할 수 없는 사람들을 위해 위성사무실은 1월 7일에도 열 계획이다.
2023년 사업허가의 갱신 신청과 납부 마감일은 1월 20일이다.
마감일을 초과하여 처리하게 되면 벌금과 추가 요금을 더 내야 한다.
벌금에는 총액의 25% 추가요금과 추가 요금을 포함하되 전체의 72%를 초과하지 않는 범위 내에서 매월 2%의 이자가 더해진다.
그 외에도 자본 투자금의 1%의 1/20에 해당하는 지연 수수료도 더해진다.
세부시 재무부서를 수취인으로 한 현금과 수표로만 지불이 가능하다.
