이민국, 2023년 외국인 연례보고서(애뉴얼 리포트) 접수 시작

BI starts accepting 2023 alien annual report

The Bureau of Immigration has commenced its 2023 annual report on Tuesday, Jan. 3, that requires all foreign nationals with immigrant and non-immigrant visas to report to the bureau within the first 60 days of every calendar year.
BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco explained that under the Alien Registration Law, foreigners holding immigrant and non-immigrant visas, and were issued an alien certificate of registration identity card (ACR I-Card) are required to present themselves to the bureau for the annual report.
Also required to report are refugees and stateless aliens. The deadline is on March 1
Likewise, BI offices nationwide are also accepting the report.
Alien registration chief Jose Carlitos Licas said foreigners are required to register with the BI’s online registration system via http://e-services.immigration.gov.ph.
They must present their original ACR I-Card and valid passport as well as payment of P300-annual report fee and P10-legal research fee.

필리핀에 체류하는 모든 외국인은 매년 첫 60일 이내에 이민국에 보고해야 한다.
이민국 관계자는 외국인 등록법에 따라 모든 이민 및 비이민 비자를 소지한 외국인으로서 외국인 등록증(ACR-ICard)를 발급받은 외국인은 연례 보고를 위해 이민국에 접수해야 한다고 설명했다.
난민과 무국적 외국인 역시 보고해야 하며, 마감일은 3월 1일까지이다.
세부지역의 이민국은 기존의 제이센터몰에서 로빈손 갤러리아 3층으로 이전했다.
애뉴얼 리포트를 접수하려면 먼저 웹사이트 http://e-services.immigration.gov.ph를 통해 이민국의 온라인 등록 시스템에 사전등록을 해야한다.
그리고 ACR I-Card 원본과 유효한 여권을 제시하고 P310페소의 비용을 지불해야 한다.
신고 기간 중 국외에 체류하는 외국인은 재입국허가가 유효한 경우 귀국일로부터 30일 이내에 서류를 제출할 수 있다.
만 14세 미만의 미성년자는 부모 또는 법정대리인이 신고할 의무가 있다.
