세부지방 노동청, 화재로 인해 임시 폐쇄

DOLE-7 building temporarily closed

The Department of Labor and Employment-7 has temporarily closed its building starting July 11, 2022 until normalcy of the department’s operations and its attached agencies estimated to be in three to five days.
This is due to the fire that hit the regional office of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration on July 9, 2022.
Aside from the regional offices of DOLE and OWWA, the building also houses the National Labor Relations Commission-7th Division, the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board and the Occupational Safety and Health Center-Regional Extension Unit.
In a statement, DOLE-7 said that each of these offices shall also be implementing a work-from-home and skeleton workforce arrangements until it is safe for all personnel to physically report to their respective offices all at the same time.

필리핀 노동부의 세부지방 사무소(Department of Labor and Employment-7)가 7월 11일부터 3~5일 예정으로 임시 폐쇄했다.
이는 지난 7월 9일 DOLE-7 건물의 재외근로자 복지부서에 일어난 화재 때문이다.
성명서를 통해 DOLE-7은 모든 직원이 각자의 사무실에 출근하여 대면하는 것이 안전하다는 확신이 들 때까지 각각 재택근무에 돌입하며, 기본인력 배치를 시행할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
DOLE-7은 또한 이는 해당 사무소의 관계자와 직원 뿐 만 아니라 고객과 이해 관계자의 안전을 위한 것이기도 하다고 덧붙였다.
DOLE-7 사무소의 1층과 2층은 화재 진압을 위해 대량의 물을 사용하면서 이로 인한 피해가 심한 상태이다.
