성원건설 해외사업부, 566헥타르규모 라푸라푸 시 매립지 개발 프로젝트 계약 체결

지난 11월 30일, 성원건설과 SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL., INC는 필리핀 세부 라푸라푸시 칼라위산(Kalawisan) 566헥타르의 매립지 개발 계획에 합의하고 계약서에 서명했다.
11월 30일 세부 Big Hotel에서 열린 조인식에서 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인해 직접 참석하지 못한 김남기 성원건설 대표를 대신하여 성원건설 해외사업부 전명호 본부장이 서명하고, SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL., INC 측은 LUSASORY P. MONES 대표가 직접 계약에 서명했다.

SUNGWON CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD., AND SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL., INC agreed to jointly sign the reclamation site development of 566 hectares Kalawisan, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu Philippines, and on November 30, 2021.
On November 30, 2021, Sungwon Construction held a joint agreement ceremony on the reclamation project of 566 hectares Kalawisan, Lapu-lapu City between the two companies at BIG HOTEL in Cebu, the Philippines. On behalf of Sungwon Construction CEO Namki Kim who could not participate due to COVED19, Myungho”Eugene”Jun, head of the overseas business division of Sungwon Construction, President of Sungwon Construction Philippine and Chairman BAOTIANCEN, President LUSASORY P. MONES of SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL., INC signed on the agreement.

양자간 협의는 첫번째 계약 당사자로서 성원건설은 566헥타르 규모의 매립지 설계 및 시공을 책임지고, SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL., INC.는 556헥타르의 매립지 관리 및 사업(개발)을 위한 인허가 작업을 담당하게 된다.
성원건설은 위 프로젝트에 대해 자본조달과 사전 수주를 완료했으며, 국내 외 파트너사(태왕건설 영진건설 ㈜대맥건설 ㈜지선건설, 매스아키텍츠 AM ARCHITECTS)와 협력을 통해 필리핀 시장에 전략적으로 진출하게 된다.

The scope of work for both companies is as follows

FIRST PARTY

SUNGWON CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD., is responsible for the design and construction of the 566 hectares landfill.

SECOND PARTY

SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL., INC. is responsible for the management of 556 hectares landfill and permit work for business(development).
Sungwon Construction has completed pre-arrangement with Capital on the above project, and will work with domestic and foreign partners (TAEWANG E&C YOUNGJIN CONSTRUCTION INC DAEMACK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIAL SB CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION JI SUN CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION AND MASSES ARCHITECTS AM ARCHITECTS) to combine advanced technology of Korean companies into the Philippine market.

전체 매립사업의 비용은 약 3조원, 개발이익은 10조원 이상으로 추산하며, 세부최대규모의 매립개발 계획이 될 전망이다.
본 매립지개발 계획을 통해 6성급 호텔의 건립 부지 마련과 24개 사업구역으로 분할될 예정이다.

The reclamation project cost is expected to be about 3 trillion won, and the development profit is worth 10 trillion won, which is one of the largest projects in Cebu. The project will be divided into 24 business sites, including six-star hotels, and MASSES ARCHITECTS AM ARCHITECTS will conduct the the whole design work of the project, DAEMACK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIAL, SB CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, JI SUN CONSTRUCTION will work civil engineering, and construction is by SUNGWON CONSTRUCTION, TAEWANG E&C, YOUNGJIN CONSTRUCTION INC.

앞서 성원건설은 지난 6월 라푸라푸 시 바삭지역에 2,000세대 콘도 개발 계약을 체결하여 현재 진행 중이며, 곧이어 이번 566헥타르 매립지 개발 계획을 체결하는 성과를 내어 성공적인 필리핀시장 진출의 교두보를 마련했다는 대내외적 평가를 받고 있다.
또한 성원건설과 SUNFAIR INTERNATIONAL GROUP PHIL.은 올해 말까지 8,000헥타르 규모의 니켈광산에 대한 국내 독점 판매 계약을 체결할 예정이다.
