도심 이외 지역 수요를 위한 주거 프로젝트 개발 가속화

Developer ramps up countryside projects

Duros Land Properties Inc. is ramping up development for countryside residential projects, anticipating an increasing demand for outside of city living.
“At the initial stage of the pandemic, people from the cities were trying to get out from city premises. I thought it was just temporary. Now, we are trying to accommodate them,” said Duros Land Properties Inc. chairman Noelito Barino.
Aside from its more than 300-hectare integrated property spreading six barangays in Liloan, Cebu, which is now hosting several residential subdivisions, including condominium towers, condotel, hotels, golf course and golf academy, the company is also pouring in money to build residential villages in other areas like in the town of Daan Bantayan, among others.
According to Barino, his team is now doing a lot of (developmental) planning to complement with the demand.
Now on its 10th year, Barino said the company is adopting fresher thrust, which will focus on “Shaping vibrant cities of the future.”
He added that for its hometown, Liloan, Duros has been ahead in building infrastructure and support facilities to help Lilo-an accelerate plans of becoming a city.

Duros Land Properties Inc.는 세부 릴로안 지역의 6곳 바랑가이에 고르게 분포한 300헥타르 이상의 통합 부동산 개발 계획으로 콘도, 호텔, 골프코스, 골프 아카데미 등 개발 계획을 추진하고 있다.
Duros Land Properties Inc.의 개발계획이 탄력을 받으면서 릴로안 지역이 시 단위로의 발전을 기대하고 있다.
