세부시 주류금지 조치 10월부터 해제

Cebu City liquor ban lifted as it shifts to GCQ Oct 1-31

THE Cebu City Government has lifted the liquor ban effective October 1 to 31, 2021 while the city has now been placed under general community quarantine (GCQ).
Executive Order 143 issued by Acting Mayor Michael Rama, also stated that restaurants and bars can now operate but only only up to 30 percent of capacity.
Only those that are fully vaccinated can be acccebommodated as dine-in customers in the restaurants and bars, according to Rama’s EO.
The establishments that are allowed to operate must also have permits from the Covid-19 Emergency Operations Center, a contingency plan and other necessary documents.
The Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases issued Thursday, September 30, the new quarantine classifications in the country, placing Cebu City under GCQ, along with Cebu Province and Mandaue City, from October 1 to 31.
Lapu-Lapu City has been placed under GCQ with heightened restrictions.
In southern Cebu, the Moalboal Municipal Government also lifted the liquor ban, but stressed that stores and establishments can only sell one bottle per person.
Executive Order (EO) 33, issued by Moalboal Mayor Paz Rozgoni on Friday, October 1, also stated that the sharing of glasses or bottles during drinking sessions is not allowed.

세부시 정부는 10월 1일부터 31일까지 주류금지령을 해제했다.
세부시는 10월 현재 일반지역 사회 검역(GCQ) 상태이다.
마이클 라마 시장대행은 수정된 행정명령을 발표하여 레스토랑과 바를 최대 30% 수용인원까지 운영할 수 있다고 명시하고 완전히 예방접종을 마친 사람들만 다이닝으로 레스토랑과 바에서 식사를 할 수 있다고 밝혔다.
운영이 허용된 시설은 또한 코로나19 비상 운영센터의 허가, 비상시 계획 등 시정부가 요구하는 서류 요건을 갖춰야 한다.
지난 9월 30일 IATF는 세부시, 세부주, 만다웨 시를 GCQ 검역상태에 배치하고, 라푸라푸 시는 제한이 강화된 GCQ로 배치했다.
세부 남부지역의 모알보알 시정은 주류 금지를 해제했지만 상점과 시설은 1인당 주류 1병만 판매할 수 있다.
또 술을 마실 때 유리잔이나 병을 공유하지 않도록 행정명령에 명시했다.
