에어아시아, 레저와 관광목적 국내 항공편 운항 재개

AirAsia reopens flights for leisure travelers

Low-cost airline AirAsia Philippines announced the reopening of flights for non-essential travelers from Metro Manila to a number of leisure destinations in the country, including Cebu.
AirAsia Philippines spokesperson Steve Dailisan said leisure travelers from Metro Manila may now fly with AirAsia to Caticlan (Boracay), Davao, Zamboanga, Tacloban City and Tagbilaran City, as the respective local restrictions accept guests to these locations under Alert Level 4.
The announcement came following the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) against COVID-19 downgraded quarantine restrictions to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) Alert Level 4.
As specified in the IATF Memorandum No. 136-A, interzonal travel will be allowed for guests who are above 18 and under 65 years of age, subject to quarantine restrictions imposed by the Local Government Unit (LGU) including their intended destination.

필리핀 저가 항공사인 에어아시아 필리핀은 메트로 마닐라에서 세부를 운항하는 항공편을 비롯한 필리핀 국내 여러 관광과 레저 목적의 항공편 운항을 재개한다고 발표했다.
마닐라에서 레저와 관광 목적의 여행객은 에어아시아를 이용하여 카티클란(보라카이), 다바오, 잠보앙가, 타클로반, 탁빌라란(보홀) 등지로 이동할 수 있다.
이 발표는 코로나 19에 대한 IATF의 검역 제한을 GCQ 경보 수준 4로 하향 조정한 후 나온 것이다.
에어아시아 측은 이를 통해 지역관광 및 항공 산업의 회복과 각 지방의 소규모 사업이 회복되기를 기대하고 있다고 밝혔다.
한편, 에어아시아 필리핀은 UNLI플라이트 패스의 예약 사용 기간을 2022년 1월 17일로, 여행 기간을 2022년 1월 31일로 연장했다.
