Cebu Pacific sets one carry-on bag policy

Beginning Sept. 1, budget carrier Cebu Pacific will strictly implement a one carry-on bag policy.
In a statement, the airline said passengers’ carry-on bag must not exceed seven kilos in weight and must fit in the overhead bin or under the aircraft seat.
Passengers who do not comply with the policy will be charged a gate baggage fee of P1,000 each for domestic flights, P1,500 for short-haul international flights and P3,000 for long-haul international flights.

9월 1일부터 필리핀 최대 저가항공사인 세부퍼시픽의 기내 반입 수하물 1개 제한 정책이 엄격하게 시행된다.
세부 퍼시픽 항공사는 성명을 통해 승객의 기내 반입 가방의 총무게가 7Kg를 초과해서는 안되며, 머리 위 선반이나 항공기 좌석 아래에 들어갈 수 있어야 한다고 밝혔다.
정책을 준수하지 않는 승객에게는 필리핀 국내선 1,000페소(2만 4천원), 단거리 국제선 1,500페소(3만6천원), 장거리 국제선 3,000페소(7만2천원)이 부과될 전망이다.
만약 공항에서 추가 품목을 구매한 승객은 구매한 매장의 영수증을 제시하면 별도의 수수료가 면제된다.
의료용 장비나 유아용 필수품의 경우는 무료로 휴대할 수 있다.
