Metro Cebu’s office leasing performance showed an improvement in the first half of 2021, according to real estate consultancy firm, JLL Philippines.
“With the vaccines already being rolled out in the country, more corporate occupiers are gaining confidence to push through with their real estate deals, and this has caused the progress of lease movements in the office sector,” said Janlo de los Reyes, JLL Philippines’ Head of Research and Consultancy.
필리핀의 부동산 컨설팅 전문회사 JLL에 따르면 메트로 세부 지역 사무실 임대 실적이 2021년 상반기에 개선된 것으로 나타났다.
이에 대해 JLL은 세부지역의 코로나19 예방 백신 접종이 확대되면서 기업활동이 확장되었기 때문으로 보고 있다.
또, 의료, 전자 상거래, 금융 서비스 등을 제공하는 기업은 경제활동이 위축되는 정도가 최고조에 달하는 동안에도 여젼한 성장세를 보이고 있다.
부동산 컨설팅 전문 업체는 가까운 시일 내에 사무실 공간 임대 수요가 증가할 수 있다고 전망했다.
현재 사무실 공간 임대 공실 수준은 메트로 마닐라 지역은 평균 16%, 세부지역은 26%, 다바오 지역은 27%를 보이고 있다.
세부지역은 사무실 임대 비용이 평균 제곱미터당 643페소 수준을 보이고 있다.
라푸라푸 시와 세부시 SRP 지역의 NOAH Complex에서 워크인 백신접종이 가능하다.
필리핀 검역국(BOQ)은 코로나19 예방접종 증명서 발급이 다음 달부터 시작된다고 밝혔다.
