Ayala Land Inc., (ALI) has launched its 2.7-hectare integrated development dubbed as the District Square at the South Road Properties (SRP) in Cebu City.
District Square will be the prime commercial center of the joint venture project of ALI and the SM Group, the 26-hectare South Coast City.
ALI’s prime development District Square is a waterside commercial project designed to attract and spur new business investments in the province and will have infrastructure and amenities that support the creation of a vibrant community.
The project aims to reflect the company’s track record for developing well-integrated and sustainable estates that are strategically positioned to become catalysts of local economic growth.
아얄라랜드와 SM그룹이 합작하여 주요 상업 중심지를 개발하는 District Square 프로젝트가 SRP지역에서 착수되었다.
이 프로젝트는 지역 경제 성장의 촉매가 될 전략적위치에 지속가능한 부동산 개발 프로젝트를 더하여 실질적 성과를 내는 것을 목표로 하게 된다.
이를 위해 아얄라랜드는 District Square에 입점하고자 원하는 사람들에게 상업부지에 투자를 제안하고 있다.
해당 부지는 세부 남부 해안도로를 따라 위치하며 현재 건설중인 세부-코르도바 제 3교와 인접성이 좋다.
부지 내에는 1.1헥타르 규모의 시민 공원이 중심이 되어 조성되며, 컨벤션센터와 복합 레저시설, 호텔과 사무실 용도의 건물 등이 들어서게 된다.
아얄라랜드는 이 프로젝트를 위해 향후 15년 동안 900억 페소의 투자를 유치하게 될 것으로 예상하고 있다.
발람반지역 도로개선 프로젝트의 2단계가 시행된다.
라푸라푸 시는 수정된 MGCQ 행정명령을 통해 지역사회 검역 조치를 완화했다.
