세부시, 테스트 2명하면, 1명은 양성 확진

One in every two persons who are tested for COVID-19 in Cebu City turns out positive for the virus, current trend of the data from the Emergency Operations Center showed.

The positivity rate of those being swabbed in Cebu City’s cluster clinics is now 52.46 percent (32 of 61 tested were positive).

“The (p)ositivity rate of our COVID-probables from September to February at our clustered clinics from 1.5% to the present (is) at 52%. In other words, for every two individuals swabbed, one is positive. To me this is not a good sign,” said EOC deputy chief implementer and City Councilor Joel Garganera.

EOC data showed that in September last year, the positivity rate for those tested in cluster clinics was 3.36% or only four of the 119 swabbed coming out positive.

세부시에서 코로나19 검사를 받은 사람 2명 중 1명은 바이러스 양성 확진을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

테스트 양성 확진 비율은 현재 52.46%를 넘어서고 있다.

세부시 EOC는 이를 매우 우려하고 있다.

작년 9월에 같은 검사를 하면, 양성률은 3.36%로 119명 중 4명만 양성이 나오곤 했다.

10월에도 3.06%로 98명 테스트 해서 3명이 확진되었다.

11월에는 1.25%로 가장 낮은 확진율을 보였고, 12월에는 7.89% 선이었으나 1월에는 21.31%로 크게 증가했고, 현재까지 가장 높은 양성율이 유지되고 있다.

세부시 80개 바랑가이 중에 현재 66곳의 바랑가이에 코로나19가 활성을 가지고 있다.

이러한 수치는 작년 5월, 6월, 7월과 비슷한 수준이다.

다만 입원률과 사망률이 전보다 낮다.
