세부시 공공장소 음주행위 금지

Cebu City to reimpose liquor ban amid spike in COVID-19 cases

The Cebu City government will reimpose a liquor ban amid the rising number of coronavirus infections, its mayor said on Tuesday.

In a Facebook post, Mayor Edgar Labella said the spike in COVID-19 cases has forced the city government to make the “difficult decision.”

“The City Government of Cebu sees the need to reimpose a total liquor ban as a measure to prevent non-essential gatherings in public places and to mitigate the spread of COVID,” read Executive Order No. 117, a copy of which was shared by Labella on social media.

세부시는공공 장소에서 필수적이지 않은 사교 모임을 방지하고 COVID의 확산을 완화하기 위해 LIQUOR BAN (주류 금지) 조치를 3일부터 재시행한다.

COVID에 대한 예방 및 안전 조치의 일환으로, 달리 수정되거나 취소되지 않는 한 음주 행위 금지는 모든 형태의 지역 사회 격리 기간 동안 세부시 내의 모든 공공 장소에서 적용된다.

세부 시내의 호텔, 리조트, 레스토랑, 편의점, 사리 사리 스토어 및 기타 시설의 소유주 및 관리자를 포함한 모든 사람이 세부시 내의 모든 공공 장소에서 주류를 제공하거나 마시는 것이 금지된다.

그러나 호텔, 리조트 및 기타 숙박 시설은Department of Tourism(DOT) 및 Department of Trade and Industry(DTI)의 일반적인 지침에 따라 투숙객에게만 주류를 제공 할 수 있다.
