검역프로토콜 위반 혐의로 레스토바 운영자와 매니저 형사 고소

Restorbar owner, managers sued over mass gathering

The owner and two managers of a restobar at the Cebu IT Park in Cebu City are facing charges for violating the quarantine protocol during the Fiesta Señor.

The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) filed the charges against them for violating Article 151 of the Revised Penal Code.

Article 151 “punishes resistance and disobedience to a person in authority or the agents of such person.”

The penalty for violating Article 151 of the RPC is arresto mayor, or imprisonment of one month and one day to six months, and a fine not exceeding P100,000.

세부시티 IT파크에 있는 레스토바의 운영자(소유주)와 두명의 매니저가 지난 주말동안 검역 프로토콜을 위반한 혐의로 기소되었다.

6개월간의 징역과 10만페소 이하의 벌금에 해당한다.

이 레스토바는 라이브 밴드를 운영하며, 출입하는 고객들의 사회적 거리두기를 제대로 지키지 않았고, 인원제한도 무시했다.

세부시 경찰은 다른 위반자들도 건강 프로토콜 및 관련 법을 엄격히 지키지 않으면 사업허가를 취소하거나 실형에 처할 수 있다고 엄중히 경고했다.
