가짜 검역패스 판매 업자 공문서 위조 혐의로 형사 고소

Vendor to face raps for selling fake Qpass

The police are set to file a criminal complaint today for falsification of public document against a water vendor who was caught selling fake quarantine passes.

Police Staff Sergeant Rainer Mahinay of Waterfront Police Station said the suspect, Ariel Cadion Pulot, 29, has been detained after he was caught by the City Environment Sanitation Enforcement Team (CESET) selling fake quarantine passes last Saturday morning.

Pulot was caught after one individual who was barred entry for not having a quarantine pass has entered the Basilica Minore del Santo Niño the second time with the fake quarantine pass.

Upon checking, the arresting personnel have noticed the suspect in a distance selling the other piece of quarantine passes to another individuals.

산토니뇨 대성당에 미사를 위해 출입을 하려면 검역패스가 필요해 지면서 가짜 검역패스를 만들어 성당 주변에서 판매한 것이다.

용의자는 검역패스를 복사하여 20페소에 판매하였다고 순순히 인정했다.

당국은 이미 팔린 2장을 제외하고 그에게서 가짜 검역패스 13장을 압수했다.

작년에도 경찰은 38세 여성이 ECQ 패스를 복사한 혐의로 체포한 바 있다.

경찰은 검역패스가 불법적인 경우 경찰이 즉시 감지할 수 있다고 말했다.
